The Just a Shop, Sir team put a lot of work into the sourcing of our products. All of our items are new, except for those clearly marked 'pre-loved'.
You can check the item description for an assessment of the condition of the item, but we only sell items that are in 'Excellent' or 'Very Good' condition.
Items in both of those condition categories are in the stated condition, however some wear and tear on pre-loved items is inevitable. If you are unhappy with that state of your item, please contact us at orders@justashopsir.co.uk in the first instance and we'll be happy to help!
Reattempted Delivery: The courier may try to deliver your package again on the next available business day. You’ll usually receive an update or a notification with the new delivery date.
Delivery to a Neighbour: In some cases, the courier may leave your package with a neighbour or at a nearby safe location if this option is available.
Leave a Delivery Notice: If the courier is unable to leave the package, they may leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or where to pick up your order.
Pick-Up Option: If the courier is unable to deliver after a certain number of attempts, they may take your package to a local collection point or depot. You can then pick it up at your convenience.
Make sure to track your package using the provided tracking details and check for any notifications from the courier. If you're still concerned, feel free to reach out to us at orders@justashopsir.co.uk, and we’ll help sort it out.
Check with Neighbours or Household Members: Sometimes, packages are left with neighbours or other members of your household. If you haven’t already, double-check with them.
Delivery Location: The courier may have left the package in a safe place, such as a porch, garage, or behind a plant pot. Look around your property, and check for any notes or delivery instructions.
Check with Your Local Courier: Occasionally, tracking information may show as "Delivered" before the courier has actually made the delivery. It’s a good idea to contact the courier service (you’ll find their details on the tracking page) for further information.
Delivery Confirmation: If your order was left in a secure location or signed for by someone else, the delivery status may reflect that. Check with your building’s reception or the delivery service for additional details.
If you’ve checked all of the above and still haven’t received your order, please contact us at orders@justashopsir.co.uk. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the address provided was missing information or had an error (like a wrong postcode or street name), the courier might not have been able to deliver your package.
Unclaimed Package: If a delivery attempt was made and the package wasn't picked up or accepted within the allotted time frame, the courier may have returned it.
Customs Issues: For international orders, customs may have delayed or refused the shipment, causing it to be returned. This could happen if there were issues with customs paperwork or import restrictions.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If the delivery was unsuccessful after multiple attempts, it might have been returned to us.

We'll Arrange a Return or Exchange: Once we’ve confirmed the mistake, we’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide you with a return label for the incorrect one.
Return the Wrong Item: If necessary, we’ll guide you through the process of returning the wrong item in its original condition, so we can get the right one to you without delay.

Return or Exchange: Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll arrange for a return or exchange. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping, and you’ll receive a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Pack the Item Securely: If returning the item, please ensure it’s securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent any further damage during the return process.
