1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

• United Kingdom (including Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey)

• International (including the European Union and selected worldwide destinations*)

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom (Including Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey)

• Standard Shipping (3-5 Working Days) – £3.99

• Expedited Shipping (1-2 Working Days) – £5.99

• Free Standard Shipping – Available on orders over £50

International (Including the EU)

• Standard Shipping (7-11 Working Days) – £14.99

• Expedited Shipping (2-7 Working Days) – £19.99

• Free Standard Shipping – Available on orders over £75

Please note: All delivery times are estimated and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

3. Order Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

• If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us at orders@justashopsir.co.uk.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

• Just a Shop, Sir is not liable for delays due to customs clearance.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure speedy delivery times, and will work hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
