Just a Shop, Sir - Return and Refund Policy

At Just a Shop, Sir, we take pride in offering unique and quirky collectables. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and refund policy.


1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Mystery Boxes and other blind bag items (to preserve the fun of the surprise!).

  • Personalised or custom-made items.

  • Discounted or clearance items (marked as final sale).

  • Items of underwear, socks or swimwear.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us at returns@justashopsir.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us at your own expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.


2. Refunds

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we’ll also refund your shipping costs.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, check with your bank or payment provider.

  • If you still have issues, contact us at returns@justashopsir.co.uk.


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange, contact us at returns@justashopsir.co.uk, and we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email returns@justashopsir.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include a photo of the item and packaging for quick resolution.

  • We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund at no extra cost to you.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a traceable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of non-tracked items.
